Welcome to Ventixo (“Ventixo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating via https://ventixot.online and associated applications and APIs.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using Ventixo's digital infrastructure, software, and event ticketing services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Ventixo Technologies. If you do not consent to all provisions outlined within these Terms & Conditions, you must refrain from accessing or utilizing our platform.

To create an account, purchase tickets, or list experiences on Ventixo, you must satisfy the following minimum requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, current, and verifiable information, including your full legal name, a valid email address, and an active mobile number verified via OTP.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, password, and session access tokens. Any activity originating from your account is deemed authorized by you.
• You must immediately notify our security team at support@ventixot.online upon discovering any unauthorized entry or credential breach.

Users registering as Event Organizers on Ventixo gain access to ticketing publishing, slot allocation, and revenue analytics tools. All organizers must adhere to strict operational standards:

• Accuracy of Details: All event descriptions, schedules, venue configurations, ticket categories, age restrictions, and refund policies must be truthful, precise, and current.
• Licensing & Permits: Organizers are solely responsible for procuring all governmental, municipal, copyright, noise, and venue permits required to stage their events.
• Prohibited Content: Organizers may not stage or promote events that advocate unlawful activity, hatred, discrimination, fraudulent schemes, or unlicensed financial solicitations. Ventixo reserves the absolute right to suspend or remove non-compliant listings immediately.
• KYC & Identity Verification: Payout distributions require complete verification of organizer identity, verified government ID, and valid Indian banking details.

Ventixo issues cryptographically signed, dynamic digital tickets featuring time-sensitive, rotating QR codes designed to eliminate counterfeit admissions:

• Personal Admission: Each ticket grants a revocable license for admission to the designated event and session, subject to venue rules and security validation.
• Anti-Scalping Prohibition: Commercial resale, unauthorized transfer, auctioning, or scalping of tickets at prices exceeding face value is strictly prohibited. Any pass discovered in violation will be cancelled without liability or refund.
• Check-In Verification: Admittance requires presentation of the authentic digital ticket from the Ventixo application or verified email pass. Screenshots or duplicate prints are invalid.

Ventixo facilitates payments through licensed, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant financial partners (including Cashfree, PayU, and Razorpay):

• All transaction prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly indicated otherwise, inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• Ventixo applies nominal convenience or platform processing fees on ticket transactions, displayed transparently prior to checkout confirmation.
• Ventixo does not store raw credit/debit card credentials or bank PINs on its servers. Card data is tokenized directly by authorized payment aggregators.

Ventixo provides a structured refund and cancellation framework to protect both attendees and event hosts:

• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the organizer without rescheduling, attendees are entitled to a full refund of ticket face value processed back to the original source within 5–7 business days.
• Event Postponement: If an event is rescheduled, existing tickets remain valid for the new date. Attendees unable to attend the rescheduled time will be afforded a 72-hour refund request window.
• Attendee Self-Cancellations: Refunds for voluntary attendee cancellations are governed by the specific event's refund tier (e.g., flexible, moderate, or strict) chosen by the host prior to ticket purchase.
• Platform convenience fees and third-party payment gateway handling charges may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.

To mitigate fraud and protect ticket buyers, ticket revenues are held in secure settlement escrow accounts:

• Payout settlements are dispatched according to the verified organizer schedule (typically T+2 business days following successful event completion).
• Ventixo reserves the right to withhold settlement disbursement if high chargeback rates, attendee disputes, or suspected fraudulent activity occur until investigation is concluded.

The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code, software, and services provided by Ventixo are protected by copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws:

• You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, crawl, decompile, or extract source code from Ventixo APIs or frontend bundles.
• You agree not to launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, inject malicious payloads, bypass rate limiters, or tamper with digital ticket validation mechanisms.

Ventixo serves as a technology platform connecting event organizers and attendees. Ventixo does not stage, direct, own, or staff third-party events listed on our platform:

• Ventixo is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• Ventixo shall not be held liable for personal injury, property damage, event quality dissatisfaction, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from attending any event.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts, invalidate tickets, or revoke organizer privileges at our sole discretion, without liability, if you violate these terms, engage in chargeback fraud, or commit actions harmful to our community or systems.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
